Returns
We want you to be happy with your Super Henry purchase.
Due to the nature of food and nutritional products, we can only accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unopened and unused
- Be in its original packaging
- Have all seals intact
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact us at hello@superhenry.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact hello@superhenry.com within 14 days of delivery and include photographs where possible.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or provide a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened products
- Products with broken seals
- Partially consumed products
- Gift cards
- Promotional or clearance items where stated

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a replacement item, please request a return (where eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Cooling-Off Rights
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
However, this right does not apply to sealed food products that have been opened after delivery or where the seal has been broken.

Subscription Orders
If you purchase Super Henry through a subscription plan, you may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.
You may:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip a delivery
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update payment details
- Cancel your subscription
Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is damaged, defective, or supplied in error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and card providers may require additional time to process and display the refund.
